Shanea Duckett

I am Shanea, a daughter of God who is passionate about growing spiritually, personally, and professionally while becoming everything God has called and purposed me to be. I have a heart for serving others, encouraging people, building healthy community, and helping others discover their identity, purpose, healing, and growth in Christ. I currently serve in several areas of ministry at Victory and have a heart for women's ministry, small-group leadership, worship, encouragement, discipleship, prayer, and creating spaces where people can grow and experience genuine Christian community. I am also passionate about leadership development, healthy relationships and communication, emotional and spiritual maturity, and continuously becoming a better steward of the gifts, responsibilities, and opportunities God has entrusted to me. In my professional life, I serve the 55+ community and have a heart for caregiving, advocacy, healthcare, and helping people maintain dignity and quality of life. I am also continuing to explore my educational pathway and future opportunities in healthcare, leadership, business, and entrepreneurship. I believe that growth is lifelong, and I desire to remain teachable, accountable, and rooted in the Word of God. As I continue taking Biblical Training Center courses, my desire is not simply to gain information, but to apply what I learn so that my faith, character, leadership, relationships, service, and everyday life continue to reflect Christ. I am excited about what God is developing in me and look forward to continuing to grow in wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and spiritual maturity.
