I thoroughly enjoyed this course. Sis. Karen is a well prepared and knowledgeable instructor. The chapter summaries and historical background references were very helpful. Also, engaging conversations were generated when everyone shared their insight.

That the bible is opening up to me in a different way.
It's a lot of reading that was a problem for me in the beginning but it is necessary. It is pushing my higher in God. Each week I'm excited to go into the next book of the bible.

Greater understanding!
Reading each book for the bible, and cross referencing what I read in the Old Testament Survey book, gives me greater understanding of the Bible characters and events. As the teacher reviews each chapter of the book, she helps bring the Bible stories to life with clarity. Thanks Sister Karen!

The reading was phenomenal
I really didn't know what to expect from this course but it was absolutely incredible. Though I must say there was a lot of reading but well worth it and the discussions were awesome.

The Bible is Alive!!
I really enjoyed going through the Bible and the open discussions to hear others point of view. I was not a fan of the open forum for the discussions however.
