I loved reading this book. John Maxwell has a gift for writing but I love how he uses people’s personal stories to help drive his point home and make it easily understood and applicable. The challenge of having to examine what I needed to change really helped me in so many ways and pushed me to dig introspectively into how I was leading. Good stuff!!!
